Orders are full and production is busy

Tongsheng Textile was established in November 2020, with a total investment of 250 million yuan and land area of 57 mu. He Zhongwu, director of Pingnan Textile and Garment Industry Service Center, said the park has put into production 15 weaving enterprises, weaving about 220,000 tons of cloth annually, achieving output value of 5.8 billion yuan and tax revenue of 200 million yuan. In addition, 14 printing and dyeing enterprises have been put into production, five supporting projects have been completed, and 51 projects are about to start construction, bringing about 5,000 jobs.

Above each station, there is a palm-sized screen that records the processes and output of the workers.

"This is a garment hanging production line. All processes from cutting pieces to finished products can be completed here, reducing manual handling, realizing the informationization and efficient operation of the entire production process, saving time and cost." Mo Lihua, head of Bujiadi Clothing Co., LTD., said the company is currently installing two more clothing hanging production lines, which are expected to be put into use in a month.

After coordinated promotion, the construction side re-installed the water outlet according to the changed design proposed by the enterprise, and completed the laying of the main water supply pipe of the branch line in mid-April, removing obstacles for the enterprise to speed up the completion and put into operation.
