From November 3 to November 10, 2023 International Textile Manufacturers Federation of China Shaoxing Keqiao Conference and the sixth World Cloth Merchants Conference were held in Keqiao District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, the "International textile capital". This is the first time that the annual meeting of the International Textile Manufacturers Federation has landed in Keqiao, and it is also the first time that the two major international textile industry events have been held together.

The conference set up more than 10 activities such as theme conference, roundtable, science and technology forum, fashion forum, green forum, supply chain forum. The theme conference held on November 5 released the public platform of "2024 World Textile Industry Trend Outlook Report", "Keqiao District to build a modern" International textile Capital "action plan" and China Textile City "Silk Road Keqiao · All over the world".

The conference implemented the "online + offline" dual venue mode, and the global synchronous live broadcast. 2023 China Shaoxing Keqiao International Textile Fair (autumn) and 2023 Keqiao Fashion Week (Autumn) are also held in the same period.

Chen Hao, secretary of Keqiao District Party Committee, said that Keqiao, known as "an economic powerhouse on a piece of cloth", has the world's most complete textile industry chain, with Zhejiang modern textile technology innovation center, 255 textile high-tech enterprises, 29 provincial enterprise R & D centers, 27,000 R & D personnel. To build a modern "international textile capital", Keqiao has a solid industrial advantage and confidence.
