The spinning control system of polypropylene spinning machine mainly includes transmission control of metering pump, transmission control of oil pump and collection and recording of some on-site temperature and pressure signals. Each spinning position in the site is equipped with a button box, and the start and stop of the metering pump and the oil pump are controlled by the field button, so the enable signal of frequency conversion is generally given by the terminal.


Since the metering pump and the oil pump are synchronous motors, the frequency conversion only needs general open-loop control. The difference between the metering pump and the oil pump control is that the metering pump is usually driven by a frequency converter, while the oil pump is driven by a frequency conversion.
