Second, scientific planning should be carried out for the purchase of equipment according to their own needs. Many bosses are aware of the popularity of a certain product, immediately purchase a large number of equipment, and even immediately import equipment, without considering that this may be a short-term phenomenon and the utilization of equipment, eventually causing the machine to idle. Enterprises should correctly predict the market use prospects of imported machinery and equipment, and scientifically formulate development plans and acquisition plans for machinery and equipment.

There are often three problems in the enterprise:

It is necessary to manage the coordination relationship between the old equipment and the new generation equipment to avoid the following phenomena.


First, the old and new equipment are inconsistent. Inconsistent combinations of old and new equipment usually have two phenomena: the former spinning equipment is the old equipment in the 1990s, the rear spinning equipment is the new equipment in the 21st century; the front spinning is the new equipment in the 21st century, and the rear spinning is the old spinning frame. The former is because of the quality of the semi-finished products, even if the spinning machine is advanced, it can not produce high-quality yarn. Second, do not repair and replace according to the requirements of the machinery factory. Some enterprises have changed their old equipment parts and equipment to a new generation of high-speed equipment due to insufficient understanding of new technologies, delaying the replacement of parts and equipment that have been seriously worn out, or purchasing low-speed parts and counterfeit and shoddy products instead of using them, resulting in production efficiency. The decline, the quality is not guaranteed.

Adding oil is the "key event" in which the equipment is well maintained and maintained in good condition for a long time.
