When the high-winding yarn is wound by the automatic winder, the yarn hairiness will increase, and the product quality of the subsequent process will be very obvious. Controlling the growth of the automatic winder hairiness is an important part of improving the quality of yarns and fabrics.
Winding speed and winding tension
The winding speed, winding tension and hair growth are positively correlated. The reason is that as the speed and tension increase, the friction between the yarn and the machine increases, resulting in an increase in hairiness. In practice, the speed and tension of the winding should be optimized as a system, in order to achieve the ideal effect of high speed operation and small growth of hairiness. The main point of the process configuration is high speed and large tension.
Winding hardness
When spinning the fine number of 18.2 tex or less, the winding speed is too large, and the tension of the winding is too large, which is beneficial to control the growth of the hairiness; the winding hardness of the package is increased, and the pressure of the barrel contacting the groove is reduced, which is beneficial to reduce the growth of the hairiness. When spinning a coarse yarn of 22.4 tex or more, the winding linear speed is 1100 m/min, the tension is 490 cN-500 cN, the package winding hardness is super hardness, and the tube contact pressure value is 0.15 Pa, which can control the hairiness to a reasonable level. Within the scope.
Install a balloon control ring
During the unwinding process, the yarn unwinding tension is gradually increased. The use of a balloon controller allows for uniform yarn tension, reduced looping, and less hairiness. The air ring controller should be adjusted as appropriate during use:
1) If the upper limit of the balloon control is too high, the longitudinal direction of the balloon is too long and the lateral direction is increased when the wind is unwound, and the yarn easily collides with the inside of the movable airbag control cover to generate hairiness.
2) The inside of the air ring control cover is not clean and will increase the hairiness.
3) The sensor on the balloon controller fails, and does not decrease with the reduction of the tube yarn. The distance between the top end of the spinning tube and the pre-clearing device is too long. When the movable air ring cover is lowered to the lowest level, the upper and lower double air rings are formed. The upper air ring is longer and thinner, but the yarn will also rub against the inner wall of the air ring cover, causing the air ring to be too large to produce hairiness.
There is a balloon rupture ring device above the balloon controller, which destroys the uploading tension of the balloon when unwinding, which is convenient for unwinding. Since the rupture ring only destroys the tension of the balloon, the movement of the yarn is strong and disordered when the balloon is broken, causing the unwinding balloon to generate friction between the rupture rings, resulting in an increase in hairiness. Practice has proved that changing the rupture ring to the control ring is beneficial to the movement of the balloon, and can reduce the friction and reduce the hairiness.
Increase the spinning speed of the yarn
In view of the fact that hairiness is generated in the spun yarn and is increased in the winding, the measures of lengthening the yarn in the spinning process can effectively control the growth of the hairiness of the winding. In the spinning process, the influence of the spinning tension, the passive movement of the traveler causes the balloon to produce a balloon of different diameter in different yarn guiding strokes. The larger the winding stroke is, the smaller the expansion of the balloon is, and the winding density is moderate. When it is around, it can effectively control the growth of hairiness.
Strengthen equipment basic maintenance
1) Quality of compressed air: compressed air pressure is 0.637 MPa, ambient temperature is below 25 °C, and oil content is below 0.07 g/m3. If the pressure of the compressed air is insufficient, the strength of the splicing will be insufficient, and even the upper bobbin may repeatedly operate and rub, resulting in an increase in the yarn hairiness.
2) Adjustment of the center position of the collet chuck: Generally, the small head contacts the trough, and the large collet and the trough should be kept at (1±0.5) mm. If the size is too small, the friction between the bobbin and the drum will increase, resulting in an increase in hairiness.
3) Adjustment of the proximity and parallelism of the large nozzle: When the proximity of the large nozzle is too small and the parallelism is not good, the nozzle touches the bobbin and the surface of the bobbin is shaved; when the proximity is too large, It is difficult to find the nozzle, and the repeating head is found. The hairiness is caused by the friction with the grooved cylinder and the suction of the yarn end. In the case of a bobbin diameter of 160 mm, the parallelism between the large nozzle and the bobbin is adjusted to 2 mm; in the case of a bobbin diameter of 90 mm, the proximity between the large nozzle and the bobbin is adjusted to 3 mm.
4) Strengthen the management of the full-winding yarn reset: after the package of the winder on the winder is enlarged, it is removed for some reason, and after the empty pipe spinning is reinstalled, if the doffing reset button is not pressed in time, this The tension is the tension at the time of taking the yarn, not the winding tension at the time of the small yarn, and the hairiness is increased due to the abnormal tension.
5) Adjustment of the inserted spindle: When the inserting spindle bal-con reaches the lowest position, the dial is rotated to align the center of the empty tube with the movable bal-con center, and the bal-con can be moved back and forth at the insertion point of the inserted spindle. . If the center positions of the two are not aligned, when the bobbin is unwinded at high speed, the generated air ring will collide with the balloon controller, causing an increase in hairiness.
Reduce the number of trips
The number of backlashes is proportional to the growth of hairiness. The more the number of back-ups, the more the hairiness increases. The reason is that the yarn is repeatedly scraped backwards during repeated rewinding. The direction of the hairiness and the strength of the yarn are affected, and some hairiness is shortened from short to long. In the specific production, the yarn should be prevented from repeatedly falling back, and the speed of the yarn should be reduced when the partial yarn is reversed.
Reasonable adjustment of temperature and humidity
When the temperature of the workshop is too high and the relative humidity is too low, the yarn hairiness increases significantly. The fact that the bobbin is in a hygroscopic state when it is retracted facilitates the winding of the yarn. When the relative humidity is less than 50%, the yarn is in a wet state during processing, and the hair is dried inside the yarn to cause an increase in hairiness. The relative humidity of the yarn is about 59%, the moisture regain is about 6.2%, and the relative humidity of the winding is more than 75%, which is beneficial to reduce hairiness.
By optimizing the winding process, adding the balloon control ring, increasing the winding speed of the spinning, strengthening the basic maintenance of the equipment, reducing the number of times of the yarn returning, and adjusting the temperature and humidity reasonably, the growth of the hairiness of the winding can be effectively reduced, and the yarn can be improved. The purpose of line quality.
